Terms of service

1. The service

ClutchPrice Seller Studio is a browser extension and related online services (licence server, shared price book) run by its developer. By installing or using it you agree to these terms.

2. Independent product

ClutchPrice is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any marketplace. You are responsible for following the terms of every marketplace you use it with, including any rules about automation, messaging and account access.

3. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the extension for the plan and period you paid for. A licence key works for one marketplace account. You may not share, resell or publish your key, circumvent licence checks, or copy or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.

4. Plans, trial and renewal

Standard includes the request queue, personal price book, manual offers and messages, inbox, orders and insights. Pro adds rule-based automation, the shared price book and the cloud recorder. New seller profiles can try Pro free for 3 days without a card; the trial can be used once per seller profile. Paid plans run for the period you chose (monthly, quarterly or yearly) and are renewed only if you renew them. Prices are shown in euros and may change for future periods; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

5. Your responsibilities

You decide what ClutchPrice sends. Automation can send offers and messages on your behalf only after you switch it on, and you are responsible for its settings, prices and the content you send. Estimates are based on historical data and are a guide, not a guarantee of any result or income. Keep your account credentials and licence key safe and do not use the service for anything unlawful or to harm other people or services.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Marketplaces can change how they work, which may affect features. We may update or change the service, and we will tell you about changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used against these terms (for example shared keys, abuse of the free trial or interference with the service). You can stop using ClutchPrice at any time by removing the extension. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or income, or loss caused by marketplace decisions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply where you live.

9. Governing law

If a dispute comes up, please contact us first at support@clutchprice.app and we will try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms affects the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
