Privacy policy

1. Who we are

ClutchPrice Seller Studio ("ClutchPrice", "we") is an independent software project run by its developer. For questions about this policy, or to reach the person responsible for your data, write to support@clutchprice.app.

2. What stays on your computer

The extension reads your requests, offers, orders and conversations from your own signed-in marketplace session and stores them in your browser (local extension storage). This includes your request history, price book, settings, message templates and automatic local backups. We do not receive this data, and we cannot read it.

3. What we receive and store

• Licence data. Your licence key (stored in hashed form), plan, validity dates, the marketplace account name the key is bound to, and the devices that use it (an anonymous device identifier and the last time it was seen).
• Account and contact data. The e-mail address you give us when you buy or ask for support, and the messages you send to support.
• Shared price book (Pro). Price observations that feed the shared book: the game, category, platform group, price and date of a request or sale. Buyer names, messages and request texts are not part of it.
• Service logs. Our servers keep short-lived technical logs (time, request type, IP address) to keep the service secure and to investigate abuse. An audit log records licence administration actions such as activation, renewal and revocation.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment partners (card and wallet payments through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record, and cryptocurrency payments through NOWPayments). They process your payment details under their own policies. We never see or store card numbers. We receive confirmation of payment, the plan bought, and the e-mail address used for the order.

5. How we use data

To issue and validate licences, to provide the shared price book, to take payments and prevent fraud (including limiting the free trial to one per seller profile), to answer support requests, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

6. Where data is kept and for how long

Licence and price data are kept on our own servers, with encrypted offsite backups. Licence records are kept for as long as the licence exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes; support correspondence is kept only as long as needed to help you. Archived licences can be permanently deleted on request.

7. Sharing

We share data only with providers that help us run the service (payment processing, hosting, backups, e-mail), under agreements that limit their use of it, or where the law requires it. Hosting and delivery of this website is provided by Cloudflare.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@clutchprice.app and we will respond within 30 days. You can remove the data held in your browser at any time by removing the extension.

9. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The customer login page sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a material way, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in the product or by e-mail.
