Enter your licence key once. Your plan, devices and renewal are tied to that key.

Pay your way
FAQ
Does the extension send my prices and messages to a server?
No. Your requests, prices and messages stay in your browser. The licence server only receives which version you run and when it last checked, so it can confirm your licence is valid.
Will automation ever send an offer without my approval?
No. Every rule starts in Simulate mode, which only shows what would be sent. Nothing goes out automatically until you switch a rule to Live, and you can pause all automation with one click.
How are the price estimates calculated?
From your own request history: requests you answered, offers you sent and sales you completed. Recent sales weigh more than old ones, and each category carries a confidence rating based on how many sales support it.
What if there is not enough data for a category?
The category is marked with Low confidence, and the estimate is shown as a guide only. It improves as you complete more sales in that category.
Is ClutchPrice affiliated with any marketplace?
No. ClutchPrice is an independent product made for sellers. It is not endorsed by or connected to any marketplace.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro, and what does it cost?
Yes, at any time while your Standard licence is running. You pay only the difference between the two plans for the days that are left, and your key becomes Pro with the same end date. From the next renewal the normal Pro price applies. After a Standard licence has ended, Pro is the full price.
What happens when my licence expires?
You keep read access to your own requests, so you never lose sight of your business. Renew your licence to restore estimates, offers and automation.
How many devices can I use?
Your licence allows a set number of devices. If you reach the limit, you can sign out a device you no longer use and activate another.
Where is my data stored, and can I back it up?
Locally in your browser. ClutchPrice creates automatic local backups, and you can restore them if you move to a new computer.
What does the shared price book on Pro share?
Only price data that feeds the shared book. Your messages and buyer details are never part of it.
Which browsers are supported?
Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers that support Manifest V3 extensions.
Can I upgrade from Standard to Pro?
Yes, at any time, with the same key. Your data and end date stay the same. While your Standard licence is running you pay only the difference for the days you have left. Once it has ended, Pro is charged at the full price. Use the "Upgrade with your key" link under the Pro plan.
Is there a free trial, and what is the refund policy?
Yes. Every new seller profile can try Pro free for 3 days, with no card required. The trial can be used once per profile, so it cannot be repeated. It lets you confirm ClutchPrice fits your workflow. Refunds are issued when a fault on our side cannot be fixed in time, when you were charged by mistake, or where the law requires it. The full policy is linked in the footer.
